Refund and cancellation

Returns & Exchange Policy

Returns:

We will take returns and exchange merchandise purchased in case of manufacturing defects. In case you find any defect in the merchandise, please report about it within 24 hours of the delivery at info@pokitel.com

Conditions:

  • Returned merchandise should be unused and must be sent in the original condition.
  • The original packaging of the ordered merchandise should be intact and the item must be in saleable condition.
  • Pokitel will do a thorough quality check of the product to ensure whether or not there was any manufacturing defect.
  • The courier charges for returning the item is payable by the customer
  • The exchange is subject to the availability of the ordered product.  In case the product sought in place of the approved defective product is not available, the purchase price will be refunded
  • The package must be sealed appropriately to ensure the safety of the product while in transit
  • The address label on the package must be affixed properly
  • Pokitel will not be responsible if a product is lost or damaged in transit due to inappropriate packaging and handling by the buyer or by the courier

Exchange:

All the sales are final and we will not exchange an item purchased on our website except for any manufacturing defect product.

Cancellations:

You can cancel the order at any time even after the purchase of the product but before the shipment of the merchandise. However, once the shipment of the product has been initiated by Pokitel, the order can not be canceled.

Refund:

When a claim is accepted by Pokitel, you may select another item of the same value or higher value by making payment of the difference. If you decide not to buy another item, we will refund the amount in the same mode of payment in the next 5-7 business days. This will show on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or their billing cycle.
